Use the wine transfer request feature in your account to specify the wines and their current storage location. Our team will coordinate with the existing warehouse, handle all paperwork, and arrange professional transport to our LCB facilities. You will be updated throughout the transfer process

Alternatively, email your current merchant or warehouse requesting the transfer and copy info@bordeauxchange.com on the email, so we can ensure your wines are booked in for arrival. Please don’t forget to include your account code in the delivery address.
