How to bid to buy a wine

• Click ‘Trade’ in the top menu. Enter the name of the wine in the search bar, or click one of the wines in our curated screeners.
  
• Click the green ‘Buy’ button.
  
• Click the ‘Order Type’ field and select ‘Bid to buy’. This will unlock the price field, allowing you to enter the price at which you are willing to buy. Then enter the quantity of cases you wish to buy and click the ‘Review’ button.
  
• Double check the details and click ‘Confirm & Submit’ once you’re happy.
  
• That’s it, all done! You will now see a new container with your bid to buy. Click on it to edit the details or delete the bid entirely. If someone accepts your bid, a trade is automatically created and you will receive a trade confirmation via email. You will also be notified by email if you are outbid (if your bid is the highest) or if a new lowest offer is placed.
