What are the commission rates?

If you purchase or sell a wine for £1,000, the commission would be £30. The 3% commission charge is subject to VAT, so the total commission would be £36. For purchases, the commission includes 3 months free storage and insurance.

The commission is only due once we have received the funds from the buyer and the wine from the seller. For sales, we retain the commission fee during the payout of the sale price. There is no fee or commission for placing bids to buy or offers to sell.
